10. Event Ticketing, Marketing Consent and Promotional Activities

For certain events, performances, or promotional activities involving J.Noah, ticketing, pre-registrations, and related marketing activities may be managed in cooperation with event promoters.

Pre-registrations for performances may be hosted and administered on the Promoter’s official website or designated ticketing platform. J.Noah or associated artists may integrate or link the Promoter’s pre-registration or ticketing page through official websites or other official platforms.

All ticket purchase flows, pre-registration processes, and ticket links used by J.Noah, participating artists, their teams, or affiliated marketing channels will direct exclusively to the Promoter’s official ticketing platform.

Within the ticket purchase process, the Promoter may provide clear and separate opt-in options allowing ticket buyers to consent to receive updates from the Artist, the Yeezy brand, or related promotional partners, including email communications and, where applicable, SMS marketing, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Only the personal data of ticket buyers for which valid marketing consent has been obtained may be shared with the Artist for marketing, advertising, and analytics purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Within five (5) business days following the event, the Promoter may provide the Artist with a data file containing available information of consenting ticket buyers, including name, email address, phone number (where provided), and geographic information.

The Promoter may send a minimum of four (4) dedicated promotional communications (including presale announcements, week-of-show reminders, day-of-show updates, and post-show communications) to ticket buyers who have provided valid marketing consent, using Artist-approved creative materials and links to official merchandise or designated web destinations.

The Promoter is responsible for maintaining adequate records of all marketing consents and must make such records available upon reasonable request in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The Promoter remains responsible for compliance with all applicable data protection and electronic marketing regulations.

The Artist retains full control over tour merchandise production, pricing, and point-of-sale data capture.

The Artist and the Artist’s team may film crowd footage, the venue, and surrounding areas in connection with performances and may use such footage for marketing, promotional, documentary, and related purposes.

Where reasonably possible and without financial obligation, the Promoter may facilitate introductions to relevant local contacts within the fashion, stylist, media, and press communities.
