House Rules

Indoor Event

Version: 08-03-2026

General Admission Rules

  1. These house rules apply to everyone entering our event location ("Venue"). This is how we ensure a pleasant and safe experience together.

  2. Here you can read what you can and cannot bring to an indoor one-day event. If you are in doubt about an item, chances are it is not allowed inside. Please note: J.Noah Live cannot store items for you, so it's best not to bring unnecessary or valuable belongings. The less you bring, the faster you can enjoy the event!

  3. Always follow the instructions of the J.Noah Live team or authorized persons designated by J.Noah Live. They are there to help you and others and to ensure everything runs smoothly.

  4. In situations not covered by these house rules, J.Noah Live may decide to take additional measures.

  5. In addition to these house rules, specific house rules of the Venue may also apply. These can be found on the Venue's website.

Self-Reliance, Own Risk & Liability

  1. Everyone in or at the Venue is requested to familiarize themselves with the escape routes in case of an emergency.

  2. If necessary, the Venue or J.Noah Live may decide to evacuate the location.

  3. Ensure you can always contact your family/friends at home in case of emergencies.

  4. Entering the venue and attending the event are entirely at your own risk. J.Noah Live accepts no liability for damages resulting from entering the venue or attending the event, such as hearing, vision, and/or other physical damage.

  5. In or at the Venue, you may be exposed to sound levels above 80 dB(A). Wearing hearing protection is your own responsibility. J.Noah Live advises using hearing protection to prevent hearing damage.

  6. Overnight stays at the Venue or in public spaces are not permitted. The police monitor this and may take action against those who do not comply. On the day of the event, queuing is possible from 12:00 PM. Of course, you are also welcome later in the day. Join the queue calmly and listen to the instructions of the security staff.

Minimum Age

  1. J.Noah Live advises visitors under the age of 16 (recommended age) to attend the event together with an adult. Visitors of all ages require a valid ticket.

  2. For some events, J.Noah Live may set a minimum age. This will be clearly communicated in advance on our website.

Identification Requirement

  1. . A strict identification requirement applies at the venue throughout the entire event, just like everywhere in the Netherlands. Therefore, ensure you always carry valid proof of identity (driver's license, passport, or ID card).

  2. Upon request by, for example, bar staff, security, or other authorized persons designated by J.Noah Live, you must be able to show a valid proof of identity.

Accessibility and Medical Aids/Equipment

J.Noah Live is committed to a positive and inclusive experience for everyone. Therefore, extra accessible facilities are available at the Venue for visitors with a disability.

Check the event website for an overview of these facilities.

Due to safety rules and regulations, not all accommodations are possible, including the following:

  1. It is not permitted to bring chairs or stools (folding or otherwise) to the Venue.

  1. Wheelchairs, rollators, mobility scooters, and other necessary aids (such as medical crutches, white canes) are permitted, but are not allowed in high-risk areas designated by J.Noah Live, such as right in front of a stage.

  1. At many Venues, you can choose a spot freely. At Venues such as stadiums, the fire department has stipulated that necessary aids like wheelchairs, rollators, mobility scooters, and other objects (like medical crutches) may only be located in designated areas, such as specially designed viewing platforms. The locations of these platforms can be found on the J.Noah Live website.

  2. Medications are only permitted in combination with a medication passport (available free of charge at any pharmacy; allow for a processing time of approx. 3 weeks) or an up-to-date medication overview (available free of charge at the pharmacy or downloadable digitally yourself), as well as the necessary supplies for administering this medication. At the entrance of the Venue, the medical service will check the medications, as medications can also be used as drugs or narcotics. Medications that need to be refrigerated can be handed over to the medical service.

  3. . Food and liquids necessary due to an allergy or illness are permitted. Bring a medical statement for this from, for example, your doctor, dietitian, or a card from your patient association.

  1. . Do you have specific questions about accessibility, medication, food, or liquids? Feel free to contact J.Noah Live via info@jnoah.com.

You may, however, bring one empty, soft plastic bottle without a cap of up to 0.5 liters, which you can fill with free drinking water inside the venue.

  2. Drinking bottles, water bottles/flasks, or similar glass, tin, hard plastic, and/or metal bottles are not permitted.

Use of Alcohol and (Electronic) Smoking Products

  1. In line with Dutch law, it is forbidden to buy alcohol and/or smoking products if you are under 18 years old. Passing alcohol and/or tobacco to visitors under 18 is also not permitted. Do you want an 18+ wristband? You can pick this up at the bars.

  2. . (Electronic) smoking is only permitted in the open air. According to Dutch law, smoking is not permitted inside buildings, structures, tents, and under roofs/canopies. Refill packages for e-cigarettes are not permitted.

Drugs and Mind-Altering Substances

39. Drugs and other mind-altering substances, such as (laughing) gas cartridges, are not permitted, just as in the rest of the Netherlands.

Other Items That Do Not Belong at an Event

Some objects are not safe for an event and are therefore not permitted:

  1. Objects such as aerosol cans (except for small packaging up to 250ml of sunscreen, deodorant, and perfume), tin, glass, needles, weapons, chains, or other objects that can be used as weapons or disturb the peace, fireworks, flares, laser pointers and other focused-beam lights, bicycles, skates, skateboards, scooters, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs or Drones), and (pets/animals). 2. . A bag ban applies at the Venue. Suitcases, backpacks, and bags larger than A4 size and thicker than 10 cm (including front and side pockets) are not permitted. Only bags up to A4 size and a maximum of 10 cm thick, or canvas tote bags with a single compartment, are allowed. Lockers may be available for a fee in the vicinity of some locations, but this is not the case at all locations.

  3. . Non-foldable umbrellas may not be brought inside and will not be stored. Small foldable umbrellas are permitted but must be stored in a locker or handed in at the cloakroom.

  4. . In the event of a violation of the house rules, you are responsible for storing or disposing of unpermitted items outside the location yourself. J.Noah Live does not offer storage for these items. Unpermitted items will be thrown away and will not be returned or stored. If legally prohibited items and/or criminal offenses are found, the police will be called in.

Recordings, Recording Equipment, and Advertising

  1. Professional photo, film, or other recording equipment (such as DSLR cameras, cameras with detachable lenses, and GoPro or similar equipment) and recording equipment that is not immediately visible or recognizable as such to staff and/or visitors (such as META glasses or similar equipment) are not permitted.

  3. Creating and distributing professional and/or commercial content of/during/at the event is not permitted without written permission from J.Noah Live, including via influencers or content creators. Additionally, it is not permitted to advertise or generate any (other) form of publicity in connection with the event and any part thereof in any way, both around and at or during the event.

In the event of a violation of these rules (Recordings, recording equipment, and advertising as well as Trading of goods, flyering & samples), J.Noah Live has the right to recover the costs for capturing and distributing commercial content or the advertising made from the visitor. This amount is calculated based on the rates J.Noah Live charges its commercial partners for comparable rights.

In addition, an immediately payable fine of €10,000 applies for each publication or any advertising made (per incident or individual case) and €5,000 for each day that this violation continues. The foregoing does not prejudice J.Noah Live's right to claim compliance and/or compensation for damages suffered or yet to be suffered from the visitor.

Trading of Goods, Flyering & Samples

  1. It is not permitted to trade goods, distribute flyers, and/or hand out samples at the Venue without permission from J.Noah Live.
